Two pairs of seahorse slip-ons ready for the site, both in gorgeous soft bfl and hand dyed by me im proud to say!!

Heres the first pair of seahorse slip-ons i have made quite pleased with the way they have turned out, i made these with the omega dyed bfl.

Had a play with some omega dyes this week end heres one of the bfl hanks i dyed, going to turn this into pants!!

Gorgeous wool from Uruguay

Added to my stash agian this week with this lovely hand spun kettle dyed wool from Uruguay bought from ebay from beautycrafts. Pic dont really show colours too well, the top one is quite an ash white, the second ones are more of a deep cranberry and the last ones are more turquoise than light blue. Cant wait to create something with these!

Finleys jumper

This was going to match the longies for shay but it turned out to big for him, so its finleys, its made with a combination of Malabrigo yarn, Lornas laces and had to add a dash of Calana hand dyed into the sleeves to makes it stretch a little bit further!! Pretty pleased with the colours and the softness is fab!

Ok so here are shays finished longies, he has worn them once and they could of done with being about an inch longer, the little mite has grown since being used as a model for my last pair!! These are made from the super soft malabrigo yarn from www.stashyarns.co.uk im so loving that wool!!

Have had hardly any time on pc this week at all, its been so hectic, been trying to finish tiling the kitchen, want to start decorating the front room as the plaster is nearly dry in there, and the twins take every minute of my day as i can tleave them, they have had colds this week so they have been extra demanding!
Still i have managed to finish the longies i was making in the gorgeous malabrigo yarn from www.stashyarns.co.uk i love having that shop five minutes up the road! Also made Finley a jumper in a mixture of Lornas Laces and malabrigo from stash as well, and now have started a second jumper in a gorgeous dark red grape colour same malabrigo yarn, totally my current favourite at the moment, its supposed to be for shay but think its going to be another one for fin as shay is such a dinky boy its going to be too big i think despite going down a size! Also sold a pair of cute shorties from www.seahorseslacks.co.uk today which makes you feel good!! Feel like making some more now!! Have got a stack of lovely pink wool mostly all hand dyed by me that would look fab as longies or shorties. One other experiment i want to do this week end is some more yarn dying, have bought some omega dyes, having only used kool aid with all the yarn dying before, have decided to give these dyes ago, would like to get a real good intense colour in the yarns, so have to see how they turn out! Will post some pics later today of the latest knits!!
